In a press release on Tuesday, Pizza Hut said it has appointed Pranav Dahiya as chief finance and strategy officer and Nadia Abidi as chief people and culture officer in a bid to strengthen its leadership across the Indian Subcontinent.
Pranav, a pioneer of the industry, has led Chaayos as its CFO and brings almost two decades of experience in finance, corporate banking and strategic operations, which will benefit Pizza Hut to increase its footing in the subcontinent. In his roles as the CFO and CSO at Pizza Hut, Pranav will lead financial planning, business strategy and overall governance of the chain’s operations in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Abidi, on the other hand, has extensive experience in HR, having led the CarDekho Group in Southeast Asia and helped in scaling the group’s fintech business across the region. Nadia has a background in HR business partnering and Change Management and she wil be responsible for securing the top talent from the region and organisational development.

The managing director of the company in India, Rohan Pewekar, shared his thoughts on the appointment of new leadership and said, “We are thrilled to welcome Pranav and Nazia to the Pizza Hut leadership team. The appointments come after Pizza Hut’s continued focus on spreading its business across South Asian markets.
