Aurore Life Sciences, a leading manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), has appointed Deepti Pathak as its new head of Human Resources. This appointment marks a new chapter in Deepti’s career in the organisation, which she has been a part of for four years now. In her role, Deepti will be responsible for the company’s Human Capital Strategy, driving performance and cultural transformation, and ensuring that the people initiatives align with Aurore’s growth in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
As mentioned above, Deepti has been a part of Aurore Life Sciences for the last four years, most recently as the Deputy Manager and Assistant General Manager, where she led the people and culture team. Prior to that, she served as the lead HRBP, playing a significant role in talent strategy, organisational development and performance management to ensure that the company’s processes are efficient and align completely with the ambitions of Aurore Life Sciences.
Pathak spent nearly two years at Alzant Drug Research Solutions Pvt Ltd, where she spearheaded learning, organisational development, performance management, and employee experience initiatives. During her tenure, she also excelled as a Senior HR Business Partner, driving employee engagement and aligning HR with business goals.

Pathak’s career foundation was built at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where she progressed through roles including HR Business Partner, Human Resources Intern, and Research Scientist, gaining extensive expertise in pharmaceuticals and talent development.
