Sukhjit S Pasricha has been appointed as the President & Head of HR at Jindal Steel Ltd., where he will spearhead HR strategies across the organisation. Before that, he was serving as the Group CHRO at IndiGo Airlines (InterGlobe Aviation) for managing the massive workforce of India’s largest commercial airline.
Prior to joining this position, he was the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he played a pivotal role in the development of digital talent scaling, cultural change, and employee engagement across the entire banking group. His leadership experience includes serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Bajaj Finance Ltd., where he created an agile human resources structure to support rapid business growth.
During his early years, Sukhjit worked in Bharti Airtel for more than 9 years as a VP & Head, HR in diverse corporate and B2B units and was primarily involved in organisational design and leadership development. His experience in human resource management was built during his initial career tenure when he worked at Spice Communications and Vardhman Threads.

Academically, Sukhjit holds an MBA (MPM&IR, HR) from the Deptt of Commerce & Busi Mgt, GNDU, and a BA Hons in Sociology from Panjab University.
