Assurance Intl Limited has announced the appointment of industry veteran Nilesh Garg as its Chief Business and Growth Officer, marking a significant move towards growth and business transformation. With 30 years of experience in the automotive and industrial sectors, Nilesh is set to lead the company’s expansion and growth across its key business verticals.
Nilesh joined Assurance Intl following his tenure as the Business Head—B2C at Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd. He has also served as the director and treasurer of the Board of Gulf Oil Philippines. Moreover, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the business of SKF India Ltd. and Bosch India Ltd., where he served at various leadership roles.
In his new position, Nilesh Garg will lead Assurance Intl’s primary business segments, including Lubricants, Filters, and Two-Wheeler Batteries. With a proven track record of overseeing portfolios valued at over ₹1500 crore, his leadership is anticipated to greatly strengthen the company’s market position and streamline its operations.

Garg graduated from NIT Raipur with a mechanical engineering degree, holds an MBA in Marketing from IMS Indore, and has a Diploma in Business Finance.
