Parived Bhatnagar has been promoted to lead human resources for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Accenture. He joined Accenture again in 2022, this time as vice president HR. Eight months later, he took charge of head HR: financial services, finance & accounting, procurement, supply chain, health offerings. As VP, he supervised 55 HR professionals who were responsible for the entire employee lifecycle of 28,000+ people. In addition, he was a key leader in HR at Accenture Operations, India & Sri Lanka and a member of the HR management body for India. By December of 2023, he held the position of head of HR for the Delhi offshore centres in Gurugram, Noida and Jaipur, as well as in Chennai. About a year and a half after that, he is now leading HR operations for EMEA, AIOC.
He started working for Accenture in 2007 as an HR business partner out of Bengaluru. A year after becoming a department manager, he was promoted further to HRBP and had to move to Mumbai in 2008.
In 2006, Bhatnagar started his work life as a management trainee in HR for TNT. After just twelve months, he was promoted to assistant manager: corporate HR. Working in Accenture for three years, Parived Bhatnagar became a senior consultant: organisation, leadership and talent, at Panarc Consulting Group in Gurugram in 2010. That same year, he decided to make Dubai his home. He has been promoted to principal consultant: organisation, leadership and talent.

Afterward, he was appointed as the project manager: talent and performance consulting at Aon in 2014. One year into his role, he became solutions lead for talent and performance consulting. For the next two years he was a successful project director in areas such as organisation effectiveness, developing leaders, consulting on talent and these sectors: manufacturing, services, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and consumer durables. In those two years, he worked as the national lead on a project related to organisation effectiveness consulting.
In the month of September 2018, he became a director at Deloitte India’s human capital consulting practice.
From 2019 until 2022, he was director at SAP, working in human experience management across Asia Pacific & Japan; sales ecosystem in India before being recruited back to Accenture in February of that year.
