Unilever Appoints Tanu Sinha as Head of Design. In this role, she focuses on building robust design functions, nurturing a forward-thinking creative culture, and delivering impactful consumer experiences across diverse brand segments.
Prior to Unilever, Tanu spent more than 7 years at PepsiCo as Head of Design, where she building and further enforcing design capability in the region by integrating design thinkingto the culture of PepsiCo and leveraging the culture as an effective instrument for growing businesses of both the portfolios of snacks and beverages including Pepsi, Lay’s, Mountain Dew, Kurkure, Gatorade, Tropicana, Doritos, Aquafina, Quaker & Mirinda amongst others.
Tanu worked with Landor & Fitch as Design Director as a brand custodian and design partner responsible for providing design solutions to Nestle for their 50+ iconic global and local brands across various categories: foods, beverages, dairy, baby nutrition (Maggi, Kitkat, Munch, Nescafe, to name a few) in the domain of Product Branding and Packaging for Nestle Design Lab.

Tanu also worked with YAAP, Elephant Design Pvt. Ltd., Salt Studios Pvt. Ltd., Illum Design Project, and Onio Design Pvt. Ltd., where she delivered creative ideas and strategies to help clients build their brand image. Tanu holds a Graduate Diploma Programme in Design, Visual Communication from the National Institute of Design.
