Jeh Aerospace, a rising force in precision aerospace manufacturing, has announced the appointment of Anuradha Das as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). This pivotal leadership hire signals the company’s strong focus on cultivating a future-ready workforce and embedding a high-impact, values-driven culture into its core.
With an impressive track record of building people strategies at scale, Anuradha brings deep expertise in human resources, organisational design, and inclusive leadership.
She joins Jeh Aerospace following an illustrious two-decade journey across premier global organizations. Her notable leadership roles include serving as Chief of People Strategy at Jaguar Land Rover Technology and Business Services Limited India and as the first-ever Chief Diversity Officer at Tata Motors. She also held key positions at the Engineering and Research Centre and made history as the first woman Plant HR Head at Tata Motors’ Sanand and Pune plants. Her career has been defined by a commitment to progressive, disruption-free industrial relations, including leading multiple landmark long-term settlements with trade unions.
At Jeh Aerospace, Anuradha will spearhead operations with a mandate to establish a high-performance and inclusive work culture. Her responsibilities will encompass building the people and culture framework from scratch, including talent acquisition, organizational design, learning and development, performance management, and leadership enablement.

The appointment comes at a time when Jeh Aerospace is scaling rapidly. The company recently unveiled the Jeh Centre of Aerospace Skill (JCAS), India’s first Centre of Excellence dedicated to aerospace manufacturing talent. Additionally, Jeh Aerospace was named ‘Emerging Manufacturer of the Year’ at The Machinist Super Shopfloor Awards 2024 and earned global recognition as ‘Top New Supplier of the Year’ by RH Aero Systems, a leading A&D manufacturer.
