Taazaa Buys NetEffect for Enterprise AI Orchestration Layer

Taazaa Acquires NetEffect for Enterprise AI

Taazaa, a software development and AI company based in Hudson, Ohio, has acquired Neteffect, a management and technology consulting and systems integration company. Taazaa has unveiled this acquisition in September 2026, but the financial details have not been disclosed yet. The acquisition follows about a year of collaboration, and both companies say the partnership showed their combined skills could deliver more value to businesses.

Taazaa is known for software development and AI solutions; NetEffect, meanwhile, has strong experience connecting business systems, managing large technology projects, and working with enterprise customers. With the acquisition, NetEffect customers will get access to Taazaa’s AI services and product development expertise. Taazaa, meanwhile, will add NetEffect’s systems integration business and long-standing customer relationships.

The companies want to help businesses use AI with the technology they already have instead of buying separate AI tools. Their goal is to create an “orchestration layer” that connects AI with company data, software, employees, and business processes. Taazaa CEO Yasir Drabu said the focus is on helping companies improve their existing systems step by step, automate tasks responsibly, and use AI without creating unnecessary risks.

NetEffect CEO Chris Becker said the combined company can help businesses make real improvements as AI and software continue to change. The combined company will serve customers from locations in Ohio and New York in the US, Toronto in Canada, and Noida and Pune in India. The acquisition reflects Taazaa’s focus on practical AI solutions businesses can use in everyday operations.
