In an exciting step forward for its leadership in India, Acer India is thrilled to announce the appointment of Indu Rashmi as the new head of Human Resources, starting in April 2025. With over a decade of experience in human resources- much of it right here at Acer India-
Indu brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her new role. As she takes on this position at Acer India, Indu will lead the company’s HR strategy and steer organisational change. Her mission is to align HR practices with business goals, creating a workplace that cherishes innovation, embraces diversity, and inspires outstanding performance.
Indu’s promotion follows her impressive tenure as Acer’s Manager of Corporate Human Resources. In this role, she rolled out transformative HR policies and employee welfare programs that boosted satisfaction and significantly cut turnover, earning her much-deserved recognition within the company.

This journey marks Indu’s second chapter with Acer, where she has worked diligently to climb the ranks from Senior Executive to Assistant Manager and, subsequently, to Manager of Corporate HR. Beyond her impactful contributions at Acer, Indu has also gained valuable experience as Manager of Human Capital at Capco, where she sharpened her skills in strategic HR and talent management within the consulting realm. Her career began as a Project Trainee at Symphony Teleca, paving the way for a journey defined by growth and leadership.
