A major Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) Indamer Technics Pvt Ltd, based in Nagpur, has been acquired by Adani Defence Systems and Technologies (ADSTL), a company of Adani Group, through its joint-venture Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd.
The deal is done through the joint venture Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd. Horizon Aero Solutions Limited is a 50-50 partnership between ADSTL and Prime Aero, a company owned by Prajal Patel, the director of Indamer Technics.
Indamer Technics Pvt Ltd is one of India’s leading companies in private sector maintenance, repair overhaul providers. It is located in Nagpur at the MIHAN special economic zone(SPZ). Additionally, it can accommodate 15 aircraft bays across 10 hangars in a 30-acre area.
ITPL provides services to Indian and global companies, including structural repair, heavy checks, and aircraft painting.
