California-based berry seller, Driscoll’s, has announced the appointment of their new Chief People Officer in Gaëlle Le Meur. In her new role as the CPO of the company, she will work directly under the CEO, Soren Bjorn and will be responsible for leading the company’s global people functions, including talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, leadership development and inclusion efforts.
In a press release, the company stated, “A proven global leader with more than 20 years of experience, Gaëlle brings deep expertise in organisational design, talent management, and driving cultural renewal – capabilities that are essential to Driscoll’s vision of investing in the people who power its growth around the world.”
Before coming to Driscoll’s, she was the vice president of human resources and global supply chain at The Estee Lauder Companies. She has also held various leadership positions in other companies.
