Havells India Appoints Bhuwnesh Singh Chauhan as Vice President, Human Resources

Havells India Limited, a premier electrical equipment company in India, has appointed Bhuwnesh Singh Chauhan as its new vice president of human resources. Chauhan validated the news by sharing on LinkedIn, where he said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President Human Resources at Havells India Ltd!

Chaunhan brings over 24 years of experience to Havells India in diverse domains. Bhuwnesh has worked across a plethora of sectors and across multiple domains, including organisational development, strategic HR, succession planning, talent management, employee relations, culture building and change transformation.

In his role as the VP of Human Resources at Havells India, Chaunhan will be responsible for driving people strategy at a time which is crucial for Havells as the Indian job market is going through a rapid transformation. He is responsible for overseeing the talent management and relationship building across Havells’ manufacturing process, which includes partnering with business leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality and packaging to ensure that their talent strategies align with the core objectives of Havells India Limited.
