Hinduja Global Solutions recently announced significant leadership changes. HGS has announced the appointment of a new CEO and CFO. The company has appointed Venkatesh Kolra as the new CEO and Mahesh Kumar Lutalapati as the new CFO, effective immediately.
Kolra currently serves as the President and CEO of HGS Americas and will replace Partha De Sarkar as the new CEO. On the other hand, Mahesh, who currently serves as the Deputy CFO of the company, will be replacing Srinivas Palakodeti. This happens as both Sarkar and Plakodeti have announced their retirements.
On his appointment as the CEO of HGS, Kolra shared his views and said, “It is a tremendous honour to take on the role of Global CEO at HGS. I step into this position with deep respect for the legacy we’ve built so far, led by the strong leadership of Partha DeSarkar, and a sense of great excitement for how we can shape the future.”
