Unilever India has announced the elevation of Ambika Sivadoss as the new vice president HR- home care and head of talent, India. Bringing over 16 years of Unilever experience, Ambika has worked across regions and sectors, most recently as Global HR Head for Nutrition in the Netherlands. Her previous leadership roles have built her expertise in organisational growth, cultural change, and agile workforce strategies.
Transitioning from Head of the Home Care Business Unit, she will now focus on creating a responsive and inclusive HR framework to meet Unilever’s evolving needs. Her rise reflects Unilever’s commitment to fostering internal talent and promoting leaders with global insight and local market knowledge.
Ambika joined Unilever in 2006 after starting her career at ICICI Bank. She has since driven global workforce strategies, employee engagement, and innovative HR practices, making her a fitting choice to lead HR for one of Unilever’s largest business units in India.
