HR technology firm UKG has appointed Beth Conway as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), effective March 24, 2025. As the new CPo, Conway will report directly to the CEO of the company, Jennifer Morgan.
In her new role, Beth will be responsible for spearheading the HR operations at the firm, including talent acquisition, employee retention, people operation, total rewards, and enhancing the company’s use of their own Human Capital management system.

Conway brings over 25 years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong focus on cultivating people-first workplace cultures, according to UKG.

Her expertise spans major HR transformations, developing talent strategies, and managing complex mergers and acquisitions. She also has deep knowledge in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) leadership, as well as investor and shareholder relations.
